Four joining steps, with guidance along the way. Complete them at your own pace before meeting people in Discover.
01
Account & email
Create your own account and confirm your email before signing in.
02
Confirm your phone
Enter the code sent by text message to confirm access to your phone.
03
Your profile & private date of birth
Add the essentials and your date of birth to confirm you are 18 or over. Confirm that you are single, Christian and seeking marriage.
04
An approved profile photo
Submit a clear photo. While it awaits review, your setup shows its status. Discovery opens once all four steps are complete, including photo approval.
Optional identity checks
The free ID/selfie check and separate human review for a Photo checked badge sit outside these required steps. No check proves someone’s faith, character or safety.
02 / Faith in ordinary life
Be known in faith and life.
Share more than a Christian label. What does prayer look like in your week? Where do you find community, practise hospitality, or learn to forgive? Make room for everyday joys and the kind of marriage you hope to build, too.
Write honestly about where you are growing. You do not need a polished testimony, and personal reflections remain your choice.

More than a first impression.
A person. A story. A place to begin.
Faith in ordinary life
“My faith comes alive around a crowded table, an open Bible, and making sure there’s always room for one more.”
Rooted in faith Open to a thoughtful few
An example, not a member. Your story is always yours to change.
Start with something they chose to share. Ask how their faith shapes a real part of life, and listen before deciding what you have in common. When interest is mutual, take time to discuss convictions, hopes and differences with kindness and honesty.
Choose a detail. See how an Intro could begin.
From an illustrative profile
“Saturday mornings often find me serving at our church’s neighbourhood pantry.”
An illustrative Intro
Your work at the pantry caught my attention. How has serving there shaped your faith?

Illustrative conversation
Conversation can begin
After mutual choice and completion of the required joining steps
Serving there reminds me that loving our neighbours has to become practical.
I’d love to hear more—what keeps bringing you back?
Once the connection is eligible, conversation stays free.
A connection is not a promise. It is an invitation to discern.
Discernment means getting to know someone over time: noticing whether words and actions agree, discussing what matters, praying, and listening to trusted counsel. You may continue, slow down or decide a relationship is not right for you.
Every person bears God’s image. Once a connection is mutual and both people have completed the required joining steps, conversation stays free. The choice to continue always remains with you.

A gentle place to begin
Try a question below, or find your own words. A thoughtful beginning can be simple.
This illustrative draft cannot be sent. It stays on this page and is not saved to an account.
Create an account, confirm your email and complete the joining steps.
We’re building a place for thoughtful introductions and relationships shaped by following Jesus. Profiles make room for church community, ordinary life and hopes for marriage. Conversation stays free once a connection is mutual and both people have completed the required joining steps.
Operated in New Zealand by Southern Wolf, a sole trader trading as Blessed Union.
Blessed Union is for single Christian adults seeking marriage. Create your own account and confirm your email before signing in. Joining begins a process of getting to know people; it does not promise a partner or a timescale.
What happens after I join?
Create your account and confirm your email before signing in. Your guided setup then helps you confirm your phone, add your profile and private adult date of birth, choose your community declarations, and submit a clear profile photo for review.
An approved profile photo and the required account steps come before discovery and conversation. The free Didit identity check and separate human Photo checked review are optional. These checks do not establish someone’s faith, character or safety.
Do I need to pay to talk?
Ordinary conversation stays free once both people choose the connection and complete the required joining steps. A Like or an Intro on its own does not open unlimited conversation.
What is Premium membership?
One optional Premium membership is NZ$10 charged weekly, NZ$29 charged monthly or NZ$199 charged yearly. It includes all eligible incoming Likes in Who liked you, searches of visible profile text and interests, discreet discovery, up to twelve photos, unlimited eligible discovery selections and revisiting passed profiles. Free members can reveal one new Like every seven days. Blocks, privacy choices and mutual preferences still apply. Free daily discovery, mutual connections, eligible conversation and essential safety controls remain available without a subscription.
Exploring another location is still being prepared and is not available yet. Your Membership page shows purchase availability. When available, approve the recurring payment through PayPal; it renews until cancelled. Cancel renewal from Membership and keep confirmed paid access through its end date. There is no trial or extra checkout tax, and no promise of Likes, a connection or a relationship.
Yes. Profiles arrive in small selections, and you decide when to request another. Free membership has a daily selection allowance; Premium removes that daily cap for eligible discovery. In Settings, you can pause discovery, choose whether to receive new Intros, and control which optional profile details you share. Nobody is owed a reply.
We encourage relationships shaped by following Jesus: truthfulness about your intentions, patience as trust develops, care for another person’s dignity, and humility when you disagree. Talk openly about church, beliefs, family and the daily life you hope to share.
A shared Christian label cannot settle those questions for you. Prayer, Scripture and wise counsel belong alongside your own careful judgement; neither a connection nor a badge tells you whom God wants you to marry.
